We will create a schedule and treatment plan that works for you so that you feel better as soon as possible. Many of my clients combine services such as individual and group therapy or individual and intensive therapy.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is the place where you will receive my full attention in the safety of a confidential space.  We will identify your stuck places and where you'd rather be instead, learn and practice skills, and celebrate your progress.

Intensive Therapy

 Intensive Therapy is great if you are ready to experience a big shift, need to work on something major, or need more time than weekly sessions allow. Clients compare an Intensive to months of Individual sessions. Intensives start at 3 hours and can be multiple days if desired. Click here to learn more.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy reduces uncomfortable emotions, thoughts, and memories tied to past experiences. Once trauma is resolved, more helpful beliefs about yourself and the world take root. Your capacity to feel calm in situations that previously made you uncomfortable will increase and you will be able to make changes that previously felt too difficult. 

Addiction & Family
Recovery

I treat any compulsive behavior that is harming you, whether it "counts" as an addiction or not. We identify your triggers, the cost of continuing to use, and what your self medicating is trying to help. We create a plan for recovery and target your cravings. I help loved ones learn how to support vs. control or fix, how to have compassionate boundaries, take care of themselves, and better understand addiction. Click to learn more.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Studies show that group therapy is as effective, and in some cases more effective, than individual therapy. If we have been wounded in relationship, we heal in relationship. Group therapy helps to deepen your  relationships outside of group, reduce shame, increase conflict resolution skills, and is more cost effective than individual sessions. Supervision & Training

I look for and utilize your unique gifts, personality, culture, and history to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your clients. I teach skills using visual aids and give you a chance to practice interventions in a safe space. I see you as a human first and clinician second and we can explore how your own story is informing or interfering in your work.
